The llama illustrations are cute and excited my little one, but there isn't really a story here. Each llama is doing something different, but I found the clapping aspect confusing - it's meant to be a game, but I couldn't figure out what kind of clapping game it was supposed to be so just ended up giving each llama a highly enthusiastic round of applause. My daughter did join in, whacking the book quite hard and seeming very proud of herself, but I found this book quite underwhelming.
Very whimsical... the touch and feel aspect targets really young babies but the matching activity at the back would not be within their abilities. My babe never really got into this book.
