Concerned about the future of humanity and the planet, I couldn't pass up this book many years ago. It has found its home on my shelf. By understanding yourself, you begin to understand the world and what's missing, and we can give of ourselves when we understand that by destroying ourselves, we also destroy everything around us. Essential for conscious citizens!

So, so, so hard for me to do justice to this book.

In my youth, living in the Findhorn community, in Scotland, he was a hero to me. I found him the wisest and sanest of the New Age teachers currently living.

And now when I am over 50?

I see noble intention here - but also so much that seems to me - after digesting all my years in the New Age - as casually discarding, too casually discarding, the very things necessary for the survival of civilisation.

David gives a very clear and balanced view of the New Age Movement. I highly recommend this book.
