This is a fantastic book that gives a good overview with a good amounnt of depth to Criminal Procedure in Canada. The authors explore the case law and legislation relevant to each stageof the criminal procedure and periodically offer alternative argument to where the law stands today, which provides good food for thought.
A must read for anyone interested in or pursuing this branch of law.
