A tale of creation (perhaps science fiction, perhaps not), it is a collection of stories of different cultures that have inhabited earth (and a Mars Outpost) including First Man, the Atlanteans, arachnids, and various other aliens. There is an excessive use of profanity--but then, it IS titled the Cussing Christ--and I think it's an attempt to make Jesus more like "the boy next door" or, in this case, the main character's big brother. The strength of the book is its take on man's fall from grace when he (we) started differentiating between good and evil. It leaves the reader with a lot to think about.
