Jen Miller is an amazing woman who God has blessed through her suffering with the ability to tell her story of healing and purpose. I have had the privilege of meeting the author several times (and teaching her son, who is now serving our country! Thanks!) and she has a message, especially for young women or older women who are dealing with the painful emotional legacy of abuse. Someone who liked the Child Called It series (or 1st book) would probably enjoy this book.

An amazing true story of finding God through a life filled with abuse. Jen Miller is a wonderful writer, because she is writing her life story. She has also gone on to found The Sara Ministry Foundation. Visit her site at www.sara-ministry.com. Jen is a good friend of one of my friends and it is truly a pleasure to have been touched by the work of an amazing woman. Please read this book!

A powerful, true story of a girl who lived with abuse and how "she not only survived, but today thrives..." She discovered that God loved her and that He is the 'daddy' that she always wanted.
