Gus Shepard had not known the amazing story of his parents’ escape from the Korean peninsula. His father was a young US soldier tasked with smuggling a North Korean genius, Gus’s mother, out of the country. The journey was treacherous, and the scientist and soldier nearly didn’t make it. It is only after a chance encounter with a stranger that Gus begins to understand how amazing his own life is about to become. When Gus’s parents do tell him about their escape they reveal that they were aided by a supernatural spirit. They had been given the power of a “god dog”. For some unknown reason Gus has also been given this gift. When Gus is imbued with this divine spirit, he becomes the ultimate guard dog. His new martial arts prowess and enhanced abilities allow him to uncover an evil plot hatching before him. Can he harness the power of the god dog in time to stop a horrific tragedy?

This book is about a young scientists who gets talked into taking a strange dog from a stranger only to find out that he has taken no ordinary dog but a God dog .

This story was quite a ride it had everything corrupt corporation government conspiracy inhuman experiments supernatural being 's love intrigue revenge kick-Ass main characters crazy scientists and bros just right up my alley I really enjoyed this book awesome story .

Grrrrr

What I can say is it was an aggressive story/ and it was
Superman silly as well. Did I love it? Yes and no! You can certainly cheer for good here, and will all the political rest going on in the world right now it was refreshing to cheer the good guys!what I hope will happen is that our heroes come back in another book to entertain us again...grrrr!

A good vs evil book

The plot is simple and the MC is overpowered. Not with super powers but with powerful support characters. I would have liked more developed characters and the story felt rushed. The rating was because it was a feel good reading. Looking forward to more from Mr. Hajduk.

Really Good.

An original story that was well written and captivating (but a slow start) I couldn't put it down. I highly recommend this book so get it and read the whole thing as fast as you can.

Loved the story

Lots of editing. Issues or lack of I should say. As for the story it deserves 5 stars , would definitely recommend it.

I liked the plot concept but the writing appeared to have been done by 12 year old. I finished the book out curiosity but it is not one I would read again
