Why Are Monet's Paintings Hanging in the Lingerie Museum?: Two Seniors, Two Backpacks, Two Months in Europe, Book 3 (France and Iceland)

Rate this book
Tom and Annette’s European Adventure moves back into France, where they’ve just leased a car. No more train travel, much to Annette’s disappointment. Tom is elated, but elation quickly turns to annoyance when Annette refuses to drive even after he reluctantly paid the extra cost for an automatic transmission. His annoyance disappears when she finally takes the wheel and terrorizes more Frenchmen since Marie Antoinette said, “Let them eat cake.”The strain of being together for almost two months, and the more active pace of their trip is beginning to tell, and though humorously told, there is real friction for the first time. Neither wants to end up in a French divorce court or worse, a French jail charged with homicide, but if this keeps up….If you enjoyed Geezers on the Go Books 1 and 2, you must read this last volume. No spoilers here, but one thing is for their relationship won’t ever be the same. Buy it now and follow Tom and Annette to the end of their trip.
