Beyond happy with this book!! Its got a wide range of easy to follow recipes, it is so beautifully designed and includes photographs of all the dishes. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for some cooking inspiration and delicious plant-based recipes!

Because I have needed to lose weight, and tried many different ways of doing so, I have been fascinated with the concept of a keto diet. But since it includes a lot of meat, and I would really like to become vegetarian, I wasn't keen for it. Finding this book which is based on the keto diet, but in a vegetarian/vegan way, excited me.

The book didn't disappoint. It includes the reasoning behind ketosis and what the body needs, as well as what the body needs to lose weight, so you are required to do some calculations based on your body.

And then come the recipes. Some of them I won't be able to use because they require ingredients that are not available in South Africa where I am situated, but that should not detract from the book which gives great ideas for following a keto diet without putting strain on the body by consuming a lot of animal flesh.

I recommend this book.

I wanted to try the vegetarian lifestyle BUT I love eating eggs and I can’t just quit eating dairy products So I needed to find a cookbook that it will help me and then one of my friends has recommended this book to me and since that day I can’t stop thanking her.

What makes the recipes in this cookbook special is that the recipes taste good and not hard to make by that I mean that I used to spend hours in the kitchen figuring out what I will eat and how to cook it but after using this book it helped me saving A LOT of time in the kitchen.

 it was so nice to see a vegetarian keto cookbook for once! The universe finally answered! Vegetarians not following the keto diet would also be impressed as the recipes are really tasty and not too complicated to make.

This book gives us some really incredible options to have for every meal, from breakfast to dessert. Beautiful color pictures take you through the recipe and how it should look as a finished product. I've been waiting for a book like this for a while, and I'm so happy that we vegetarians have it in our options now!

We're new to vegetarian eating and many magazines and cookbooks didn't seem to have a lot that we would like. I started putting bookmarks in the pages of recipes we wanted to try and the end of the book looks like a broom, there are so many strips of paper hanging out. We've already tried several recipes that were SO TASTY and looking forward to trying more.

This is one of the most beautiful cookbooks I’ve seen! Beyond that, the recipes are versatile, easy, and honestly perfect for every day of the week - which is why I like it so much! I’m a vegetarian but my husband isn’t also he is a super picky eater and so is my toddler and they are loving everything we’ve made! it’s nice that nearly all of the recipes can easily be made vegetarian or with plant-based products.

This cookbook is a gem!

I'm usually seeking out new thoughts and ways to improve my weight loss program. This cookbook has a very quality selection of recipes, prepared with the aid of meal/type, with nutritional analysis, prep timing. My largest trouble with this e-book is that I cannot decide what to make first

I love this book!
Full of new ideas and recipes. What amazed me about this book is that the recipes are so easy to make and they’re really delicious.
And the book has great information about going Keto

The Author is an absolute wealth of knowledge. I've been a vegan eater for so long, so this is just the book I needed to learn more about how to fuel my body properly on a vegan diet. This book is a game-changer for those interested in trying a new style of eating!

Wow, I love this cookbook. The flavors are so good!. All the best flavors are here. This cookbook is easy to follow, This is the best cookbook I've bought in quite awhile. I highly recommend this cookbook.

I am loving this cookbook!! It’s so nice finding a book with so many simple recipes. These recipes are tasty and truly have healthful ingredients. They can become a regular part of our diet with some even working for breakfast.

Easy, quick and unpretentious recipes. I like that this book doesn't require any "fancy" ingredients or multi-step preparations. Has made transitioning to more of a plant-based diet very approachable.

Probably going to set up an appointment with a nutritionist or dietitian anyway, but this book has decent NIH sources and some doable recipes.

Some formulas and recipes are very new to me, they are very delicious and amazing recipes with unique flavors. Wow, this cookbook has loads of great and delicious recipes, I highly recommend it.

I did keto a long time ago but for this time I was looking to do it with a more plant-based approach.

This book is so good! It contains pretty amazing information that helped me a lot and the most important thing for me is the recipes I did try a few of them already and they’re really tasty can’t wait to try them all!!

As for someone who is trying to find GOOD quality resources for both plant-based and Keto diet this book is just what I needed!
The writer did an amazing job of balancing between DELICIOUS recipes and very helpful educational information.
Highly recommend this book if you want to get educated and actually enjoy eating healthy food without getting bored.

This cookbook is great for anyone who can't do anything in the kitchen, doesn't have the time to, or is just getting into vegan cooking. The idea of this book is that the recipes are quick and easy that anyone can make, with ingredients you can easily find at the store if they aren't already in your kitchen!
