Use for 3rd grade read aloud during ancient civilizations unit.
Use of different fonts - nice transition from graphic novels.
Filled with reluctant reader humor.

I like how it used a variety of fonts throughout. My favourite part was when he when he had finished with the Romans and Chloe was so confused how he got all of his stuff

this was a good and simple read, the comedy was decent.

the conflict wasn't big but I don't expect much super dangerous conflict in a children book.
