Rate this book
Though heroin was originally marketed as a revolutionary over-the-counter panacea, this highly addictive drug has caused, rather than cured, a wide range of serious illnesses for over a century. Heroin is a non-fiction book describing the role of heroin in society and where it originated from. The book described the effects and treatments of the deadly drug and uses quotes said by scientists who used facts to prove a point.
