Better Books Available

This is a self-published book rehashing information that is available elsewhere from sources with documentstion and a far better understanding of the science. Some of her information is wrong (she seems to believes that if a diabetic person stops taking insulin their blood sugar will drop. Actually, it will go up). The book is unedited and suffers from usage issues, such as confusing affect and effect. The general information is there, but often vague. If I had paid for this book, instead of reading free, I would be very disappointed.

Good start for IF

This book offers good information for women on their start to intermittent fasting. If you are new to IF this is a good book to start with.
