4 booksDr. David Olford is the Stephen Olford Professor of Expository Preaching for Union University and serves on the faculty of Union in the Christian Studies Department.
He has served as President of Olford Ministries International and Director of Studies at the Stephen Olford Center for Biblical Training, founded by his late father, Stephen F. Olford. For many years he was the host of the weekly radio program "Encounter."
Dr. Olford served with his father in ministry for over 19 years and with him co-authored the celebrated book, Anointed Expository Preaching. He has contributed to the newest edition of The Secret of Soul Winning, the classic book written by Dr. Stephen Olford. He's also written Find Us Faithful, Leadership that Leaves a Legacy.
Dr. Olford has served as an Adjunct Faculty member for a number of seminaries, and he has been a Board member of the National Religious Broadcasters and E.K. Bailey Ministries for many years. David and his wife Ellen have been married since 1986, and have two daughters, Lindsay and Stephanie.

This book is a short compilation of what preaching is supposed to be what it's for and why and how to preach from the Bible. What cool is that different godly men give short overviews on certain topics and also give examples from their life. If You want to preach and have doubts about how to preach or maybe you don't have a passion for preaching then this is a book for You.
