Rick and Quentin
Quentin is a trick rider, doing in Rick his eyes dangerous stunts. Rick has no job, no home, no nothing, just his truck. Somehow they end up in an alley and f each other’s brain out.
When Quentin takes him home after his own car been molested and Rick as ex-cop wants to protect him they have the best time. Bit by bit they open up to each other.
It seems they both have a heavy past. And it seems Quentin has a heavy present. Quentin need a protector and Rick wants to be the one. The danger comes from an unexpected side!
This author has a nose for putting in little hurt comfort moments throughout a story, I’m a big fan of it. Sexy moments are greatly put into this little story.
Always faced paced and sexy af! Sexy but also sweet, and even a tiny thrill you can find here.
A story with filthy mouthed guys, with a high stamina, big and small spoons and, big hearts!

May/December romance with a bit of suspense, corruption, belt buckles and lots of love. I really enjoyed these MC's and how they found a way to open up to each other. Rick has an interesting back story and i could empathize with his struggles. Quentin was this really interesting and positive person who really balanced out Rick's experiences.
Rick and Quentin are my favorite couple of this series so far. I found the story to be interesting with a bit more complexity and it had a great ending. I was surprised about the identity of the bad guy in this story.

Rick and Quentin’s story was much different than the others and quite enjoyable. I loved that Rick jumped in to help when Quentin needed it and they really let their relationship build in that time. Truthfully I was quite surprised by who the stalker was. I’ll really be looking at more of these stories in the future.

i read this book as part of an arc program. This is the fourth book in the Kinky Cowboys series. In this book, Rick comes to Climax looking for work as a cop after being fired for anger issues from his past job. Rick is almost broke and he really needs to find work soon. When he gets into an altercation with the mayor's son, it causes him to lose the opportunity to work as a cop. Rick is watching the trick riding at the rodeo and is captivated by the young rider, Quentin. They meet up and have a heated encounter, but part ways. Days later while Rick is at the local bar looking for work, Quentin finds him and asks him if he is interested in seeing him again. Later, Quentin confesses he needs a bodyguard because he has a stalker and wants to hire Rick. Rick tells Quentin he will protect him, but he doesn't want money. Quentin asks Rick to stay with him and confesses he actually has a trust fund. Rick and Quentin grow closer and soon begin to have feelings. I really enjoyed this story. I liked Rick and thought he really cared for Quentin and didn't care about money. rick wanted to be able to protect him and keep him safe, but he also wanted to be wanted for himself too. Quentin really cared for Rick and liked to be able to provide for him and he needed to be seen as more than a kid with money. Well done.

He runs into Quentin, a sassy young trick rider and they have a steamy encounter.
Rick has a run-in with a rude young guy over a parking lot dispute.
As he's having his interview, the same young man storms in, recognizes Rick and things go sideways.
He's the mayor's son and together they treat the town as their personal playground
Thee town is corrupted by those who kowtow to the mayor, his son, and their predilection for trouble.
Rick is now in need of a job and it just so happens that Quentin is in need of a bodyguard.
He's in danger from a former lover who seems to constantly be his shadow.
As they work together ,they become closer and and realize they both want more out of the relationship.
Before they can do that, Rick is going to have to let go of some notions concerning his masculinity and Quentin will have to learn to trust again again.

Quentin is a trick rider with a stalker, so he's in need of protection. Rick is a former police officer whose last job prospect just fell through. Even before they know each other’s names, they have insanely hot chemistry. As circumstances throw them together, they learn that they can have a deep emotional connection as well. I really appreciated the blend of steam and sentiment in this novella, as well as the balance between plot and romance. There’s just enough of each element to make for an engrossing storyline and compelling, nuanced characters. Both Rick and Quentin are used to being seen, and treated, a certain way. Together, they give each other the freedom to explore different roles, both in and out of the bedroom, and in the process wind up finding exactly what they need in each other. I loved both how hot they were together and how careful they were with each other.
I also love how as the series progresses, the reader gets to know different parts of the town of Climax -- both the utterly charming (the name! The diner! Friendly bar owners and sarcastic judges!) and the not-so-great (a mayor who abuses his authority at the whims of his spoiled brat son, and the sheriff who’s complicit in his shenanigans). The town dynamics are an interesting, enjoyable thread that winds through each of the books in the series, even as they center on different couples and their storylines.

Fourth and last book of this very enjoyable series of short stories all set in the fictional city of Climax, CO. In this book, the town, and more specifically its most prominent authorities turn out to be corrupt and this tarnishes the image of the city I had from the other three books. This time the world outside interferes greatly with the relationship between the two MCs.
Rider and Quentin start off as a fling, actually as two one-night stands but then the threat to Quentin’s life forces them to live under one roof and discover what they were missing and longing for.
The book is written only from Rider’s POV but the dialogues with Quentin and the actions of the young man speak volumes of his good soul and strength. There are several sweet moments between the two men besides a few very hot encounters. Rick and Quentin are strong characters and partners and their mutual trust is their weapon against the world.
Very enjoyable read. I am even a little bit sad for the end of this series.

💖 A great book for Rick and Quentin's story.
This included a stalker story with a twist. Beautifully written which kept me reading as to what would happen next. Sexy scenes, danger, funny bits, and if you've read the previous books you'll know all about the major's son stirring trouble. A great ending which has drama and more beer..😉
Rick was in Climax with the hopes he gets the job he'd interviewed for, but things get pear shaped fast and a stalker is out for QT..
Rick is agitated after watching a rodeo performance doing dangerous tricks.
Quentin aka QT 23 yrs was despite to get away from a creep and fast recognises Rick from his act.

I quite enjoyed reading this interesting quick-read MM western romance. The plot is intriguing with the two main characters who start their relationship with the intentions of having a fling only to realize they have the opportunity of having so much more.

This is my favorite story so far in the Kinky Cowboys series. The storyline is unique, there is a bit of a mystery, we learn a lot more about the town of Climax and the characters are amazing. Quentin and Rick are great together and they have a strong connection as well as smoking hot chemistry. Rick has had a rough couple of years and he needs a job while Quentin needs someone to help him deal with his stalker. I like how sweet, protective and caring Rick is with Quentin as they deal with his problems. The ending is great and I look forward to reading more books by this author.

Ok, so this one so far is now my favorite one. Rick is kinda a grumpy bear (with good reason),but he is such a good guy that you can not help but like him and want him to get everything he wants. Quentin is a trick rider who is just cute for words. He and Quentin have a interesting beginning that just keeps getting more interesting. This book although is sweet and short is full of things going on but not to much that it takes away from the main story or the sexy kinky blindfold. I can't wait to read the next one!

Buckles & Blindfolds is the fourth book in the Kinky Cowboys series by Anitra Lynn McLeod. This is a contemporary m/m romance with a kinky tilt and sexy western cowboys. Rick and Quentin are hot, sexy but can also be sweet. There is a nice age gap theme here, too. Story is short, fun, lightly kinky and really sweet.

Stalker alert. This series just gets better and better I loved each one and couldn’t pick a favourite. A great plot, danger, hot man and an incredible mix of blistering, kinky sex with said hot man. in fact Rick and Quentin together were very romantic.

I've read books 1-4, and after I read and reviewed book and started on book 2, I noticed a theme. They're all well written with certain aspects of kink..bondage in book 1, book 2 is spanking, book 3 chastity, and book 4 blindfolds. To me, it's not a deep love of true D/s, theyre just a kinky light fun read. They all have quirky interesting characters that are fun and easy to read.

I liked this fourth entry in the series. I thought it had a little more angst and drama than the preceding books, but still sweet and sexy. There is a May/December connection going on here, a little kink, a surprise villain, a down-on-his-luck ex-cop, and a sexy trick rider. Great writing for a short, quick read.

This is the fourth book in The Kinky Cowboys Series. A wonderful short story with good writing. The plot was entertaining and it was steady throughout the book. I found the story and characters intriguing. The characters were developed and thought out. Rick and Quentin are the MC’s of this book. I enjoyed this book and I can highly recommend it as a good read. I voluntarily read an advance copy of this book for an honest review.

A very enjoyable read and great addition to the series. What was supposed to be just a fling turns into so much more when Quentin and Rick find themselves together again. A quick read that flows very smoothly with some suspense and action, some sweet moments, and a little kink. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.

Okay so I have a new favorite in this series. I love a good suspenseful read. Add in the sweet romance between Rick and Quentin and it’s even better. Looks like Climax is going to need a new sheriff and hopefully a new Mayor. I was given this to read and review. I can honestly say I’m hooked on this series.

I enjoyed this book very much. Rick and Quentin (QT) were great together. I adore grumpy characters and Rick is totally that! Again the story was a bit short for my liking but it was a fun, light read.

This fantastic, grab-you-by-the-feels, intense, smoking hot, and totally awesome is filled with mystery, and danger. The identity of the stalker caught me by complete surprise, and I never saw it coming. This is my favorite one so far, and I can't wait to see what happens next.

This is the 4th book in the Kinky Cowboys series and I think the best of all. I do love an age gap story and this did not disappoint. Both men and great together, but I preferred Rick over Quentin. I was just drawn more to rick as a character. A great end to the series. Short and hot!

This one was a bit different from Books 1-3, with the suspenseful storyline and not as much kink. Great characters, good storytelling overall.
