Surprisingly accurate compilation of classic reading (including speed reading) and memory techniques, that many may find useful. Would recommend to those, who don’t want to go all in into the theories and techniques, but want a quick explanation of how all of these techniques work and see if some of it is useful.

Not sure about the third book in Mindfulness though.

Of course the speedreading and photomemory claim is somewhat overstated, just like in any other book on this topic.
