I happen to know this author, and gladly so. He is a model of Christian faith, and how God can work in a person’s life. In all the years I have known him he has put God first, and has been richly blessed in nearly everything. It’s a great story to remind us of the verse in Matthew 6:33 to “Seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you.
