Another one euro-bucker buy from the thrift section of a popular bookstore chain in Greece. This was around 2009. I had actually put the book in actual use and used to run a web-service from my 32-bit Toshiba Satellite (the rather rare A100-784) variant under WindowsXP. It worked quite reliably or should I say better than I expected.
The book is an above average and clean exposition to CGI.pm and how to put it in good use. The writing style is unconvoluted. Perl is sadly full of Perlisms and the language itself has shown signs of not holding up well to Python and Ruby on Rails. Web technologies have advanced by leaps and bounds and this now looks like a very old book. Proof it already cost me just a buck back in the day.
