The author tells about his 40-year career working at the Bethlehem Steel Corporation. The book is a bit disorganized and the author inserts his opinions about the Bethlehem Steel management throughout, but his story is an interesting inside look at the Bethlehem Steel and the experience of the common worker. My dad worked there for over 30 years, so this book gave me some idea of what he experienced. The colloquial manner in which this book is written made it seem like the author just sat down to have a conversation with the reader over a glass of beer. I enjoyed the experience!
