Missing information

The recipes seem decent enough, but seeing as this book is written for those on a strict low carb diet the fact that it's missing basic nutritional information is baffling to me. There isn't even any info on how many servings there are per recipe! Lastly, several recipes had ingredients in the instructions portion that are nowhere to be found in the ingredients needed portion. It's a huge oversight and frankly whoever edited this book ought to be embarrassed and quite frankly out of a job. The only reason for the three stars is due to the fact that it was free to read with my kindle unlimited subscription and the recipes that we did try were decent, albeit confusing.

Just ok

Limited recipes, no real plans but recipes include items the book said to avoid, and not sure that the carb counts are being met with some of these recipes. The keto overview is very basic.
