Atlas of Oregon Wildlife: Distribution, Habitat, and Natural History

Rate this book
The Atlas of Oregon Wildlife makes information on the state's rich and diverse wildlife available for the first time in a single, comprehensive volume. It combines current knowledge on the habitats and life histories of Oregon's wildlife species with computer-generated maps that represent a major advance in the art of mapping animal distributions. The Atlas will provide interested citizens with a basic understanding of Oregon's remarkable wildlife and serve as a useful reference for serious naturalists and wildlife professionals.
The Atlas devotes a full page to each of the 426 amphibian, reptile, breeding bird, and mammal species native to the state, plus 15 commonly seen introduced species.

Upon initial perusal, this book looks amazing! A page per animal, and it claims to cover all animals found in Oregon. What's not to like?
