I liked the full cast with soundtrack for the rendition of the plays but still a decent explanation on the bits we don’t see for each play

Great readings with a lot of impressive vocal talent. A decent summary of several of Shakespeare's works with excerpts of important passages.

Quick brush up before tackling the real thing!

The audio quality is poor.

Great for brushing up on Shakespeare before a performance or when your kids are studying him in school.

Nice kids-version of each of the Shakespeare stories. I thought the audio portions of the reading were extremely clear and directly to the point. The audio for the slices from the books were not mixed as well as I would have liked - harder to hear/interpret. I am rather new to Shakespeare (R&J in HS obviously, but otherwise...). So it is good to get the very-short version contained here to get a good idea of what I am about to read as I try to attack the real unabridged Shakespeare.
