A Rayne Storm in London
London Storm Twenty-Four at the peak of her career a loving boyfriend Levi Gibson and caring friends and family; any one would say she has her world in the palm of her hands. But things didn’t come easy for her; Her childhood was nothing short of a disaster as she witnessed the murder of her parents at the age of seven. Lanay got tired of being number two to the game so the last time Chris had to make a run out of NYC at no notice was the nail in the coffin to their relationship. She’s now dating Stephan just as things are looking up for them Christopher is back home and ready to claim what he thinks is rightfully his.
As they all geared towards promising futures their lives are simultaneously flipped upside down in a domino effect of havoc A Rayne Storm in London is filled with Drama Love and Betrayal leaving you wanting more.

This book literally took me through every single emotion!Definitely a must read! You won't regret it! Once you hit that 50% mark everything changes. I could not put the book down!

Sometimes you read a book and you just know you’re not the target audience.
Now, I am a black woman from the south side of Chicago. I have met and have known many people like the characters in this book, even called some of them friends. But I was never a part of this kind of world myself, so everything ended up feeling a bit… I guess sensationalized is the best way I can put it. And that’s probably the point of writing a book, right, so I can’t be mad at it for that.
What I can be mad at, though, is the fact that I feel like I just read the spark notes version of a book, rather than the book itself. A lot of stuff happens in this book, some of it very heavy, and we’re never really given the pacing to take in the gravitas of them before we’re on to the next plot beat. It kind of lessens the impact of everything. I feel like this author is actually good at setting a scene- you can see it once or twice when they actually slow down and explain things- but didn’t have the patience to describe or explain much of anything other than the bare minimum. I would love to read this with all the author’s ideas fleshed out, but as it is, it’s like she expected us to understand what it was she had pictured at any given time.
Three stars because the plot was actually really good once it picked up, but I did not really care about any of these characters if I’m being honest. And partially, it’s because I wasn’t given enough info about them TO care. They were barely people. How can I get emotionally invested?
I know the author is writing a sequel, but I’m very on the fence about if I’ll read it.

This was such a good story. I loved the plot, the characters, the conflict and the social topics raised. However, I did not expect it to be such a difficult story to follow. I felt as if I possibly received an unedited version. No sentence was without an error of some kind. This was a good story ruined by a lack of editing. I had to re-read A LOT to figure out what was going on. I am interested in seeing how this ends in book two.

MIND BLOWING
The title peaked my curiosity and once I got into it i had to give it to the author the way her mind works she was on another level with this one. I’m excited for part two I need to know what happens with London, Levi, Ty and the gang. And I hope Blue makes a change for the better. Maybe in book too Christopher can die he makes me sick lol

The Twist.
I couldn't put this book down. As I read further in the chapters I got more intrigued about how things were going to unfold. I thought I had it figured out, but no. The characters were definitely bout that life. London is a strong women, who's tested on so many levels. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes romance and paranormal stories.

Page Turner
I’m giving A Rayne Storm in London 3.5 rating. The book was really good but I got a bit lost with all of the characters at one point but once I figured it out, I couldn’t stop reading! I’m on to book 2 now - I can’t wait to see what’s next!!

chaos personified
262 pages of pure chaos 😮💨 Multiple POVs, messy relationships, and nonstop drama kept me reading, but it was hard to fully connect with the characters. The mental health twist added depth, but the execution felt rushed.
