In the tradition of Clive Cussler, James Rollins, and Dan Brown, this adventure will have you turning the pages. "Fans of Dan Brown are sure to enjoy this tale!" - Readers' Favorite Review

Great adventure awaits for the reader that departs with Lucas Caine and his crew searching for the legendary Fountain of Youth! Lucas Caine is a deep-sea treasure hunter, in business along with his brother Blake and friend Darwin. They have been searching for "The Patriot", the ship that sunk in 1814 with Aaron Burr's daughter Theodosia on board. In the story, the search for the boat had been ongoing for more than 200 years since it first sank in an effort to ascertain Theodosia's fate with the first search being commissioned by President James Madison, but until Lucas Caine, noone had been successful. Upon discovering the wreck, he also discovered an old corked bottle with a message inside. It seems that the message was far more important and desired than he or his crew could possibly imagine and there are those that not only want it, but will kill to get it and keep the information it gives a hint to secret. The book had me turning pages to discover what would happen next late into the night! I received this book in exchange for an honest review from the author-- thank you!
This is a thrilling action/adventure novel with historical undertones, not unlike Clive Cussler or Steven Moore.
Lucas Caine, brother Blake, and friend Darwin Trickett are deep sea divers on historical shipwrecks. When they discover the ship that Aaron Burr's daughter Theodosia supposedly lost her life on 200 years ago, they also stumble on a secret that challenges everything they thought they knew and puts their very lives in jeopardy. Could the Fountain of Youth really exist? The people hunting them down seem to think so, and they will stop at nothing until they get what they want.
I enjoyed this book very much. Quite a fun read! Four stars.
Another excellent novel by this author. It is a good build on the characters that he had introduced in his previous work (Blackbeard's Lost Treasure). I would highly recommend this to any fan of adventure fiction (tho it might help if you had read his previous work as he references it on a couple of occasions). As far as the negative to say about this book, I noticed a couple of typos (missing words) but I was able to soldier on and figure the sentence out by the context. Definitely another good effort by a new author. As I had mentioned previously, would highly recommend this author.
The Search for the Fountain of Youth - a review by Rosemary Kenny
Lucas Caine is a deep-sea salvage company owner, who with his joint-owner and close pal Darwin and his own younger brother Blake, is currently seeking to salvage an ancient wreck called the Patriot.
Though trying to keep their discovery quiet, they still have to report the wreck to the authorities, to keep salvage attempts above-board - and someone with nefarious overhears that information...in a most unbelievable way.
The involvement of a covert Presidential team causes both physical and verbal conflicts, ending in confusion and danger for anyone the salvagers get involved with.
At times there is so much happening in Caleb Wygal's The Search for the Fountain of Youth, it's hard to keep up, but overall his MCs Lucas, Blake and Darwin's adventures and dramatic events make this an epic action-thriller, that's sure to satisfy. Grab a copy today and buckle up for a wild ride!
Thriller readers of the world will want to read, "The Search for the Fountain of Youth." I absolutely love thrillers and it’s been some time since I’ve had a new author literally knock my socks off! This is one of the BEST rollercoaster, fun-filled, exciting, historical mystery stories that I have had the pleasure of reading!! Caleb Wygal is well on his way to being on par with James Rollins, Douglas Preston and Lincoln Child! I feel like I’ve just won a golden ticket!! I found the diamond in the rough!! I won the reader’s lottery!! This is one of those fantastic stories that you’re going to be yakking about for years!
I've enjoyed all of Caleb's books and they get better with each one. This one kept me reading right up to the end. Good job, Caleb! Can't wait for the next one.
I bought this book on whim. Sounded interesting. It's listed as a YA book book but I wouldn't consider it YA. all characters are adults. Fun Adventure book. Totally enjoyed it. Definitely will be looking into authors other books.
Lucas Caine with his best friend Darwin is trying to get his deep sea salvage business started. This is a very exciting and well written story that will keep you up late until you finish it.
A great cross between Dan Brown and National Treasure
Caleb Wygal once again takes his main character, Lucas Caine, and friends on a rollercoaster of a ride. This search for the Fountain of Youth should be the next National Treasure Movie!
