Como diz no título é um livro bem introdutório e bem básico sobre as bibliotecas NumPy e Pandas (e um pouco de plot com Matplotlib.pyplot). Achei um livro bom para dar um norte por onde começar pois apresenta as ferramentas disponíveis e algumas aplicações apesar de apresentá-las de forma superficial.
