The writer focused on drophead coupe only, so an Evo or a Golf GTI is not a consideration in this book. However readers who are planning to read this as a guide to buy a sports car shouldn't feel limited in options since other informations provided inside can be used universally in performance vehicle market.

It guides from choosing a model whether classic or modern, different style of body design, considering practicality etc. Also contains tips on haggling, when to buy, selecting insurance (and how to get lower quotation), some law you should know as well as caring, restoring and where to start modifying. One nice thing to note is that the author don't just provide advice, he shows a path too. He recommends his favorite website, products and companies that readers could give a shot.

Every chapter is informative but short. A search on Google can probably match what you'll learn here.
