Alyssa Dean Copeland credits Jude Deveraux for hooking her on historical romance. Years later, she opened her laptop and tried her hand at writing in the world she fell in love with.
Alyssa makes her home in Colorado, where she works in higher education by day and novelist by night—when she’s not distracted by social media or Netflix.
She loves to write stories with imperfect, compelling heroes and heroines. When she’s not writing, she enjoys theater, hole-in-the-wall museums, and anything Star Wars. Currently, she is working on the next piece of the Pearl Heirloom Collection.
Loved this book! I'm a big fan of the Pearl Heirloom Collection. The historical romance series are fun to read. Copeland has made reading very entertaining with an interesting historical twist. Her books are getting better and better over time! The author's book, Hollie, was a fun read as well. I can't wait to see what's next from Alyssa Dean Copeland! She really is a great author and great storyteller!

This is one of those kinds of stories that will keep you up at night, just to know what is gonna happen next. Thank goodness I already have the next book because I find myself being scared that I wouldn't know what was gonna happen next.
