A Short Version of My Story
Many years ago, when I was in the middle of a perfect storm of stress in my life, I accidentally stumbled upon certain principles and techniques that helped me calm down instantaneously. That ability to calm down in the midst of chaos not only saved me from a dismal failure that threatened my career but also paved a path to the career of my dreams. The concepts I have learned over years of many life-and-death situations became solidified into the P-E-T system for stress-free living. This system is simple to follow, and it melts away stress instantaneously.
Why am I doing this?
Stress is a relentless killer. I don't want you to fall prey to it. Having benefited from this system myself, I am now on a journey to help others reap the same benefits.
I give stress workshops, so I'm always interested in learning how others manage their stress. This book does not get caught up on the mechanics of stress, but rather offers a sort of fatherly advice on how to manage your thoughts . This book is well written, easy to read and well-organized. I would especially recommend it to young adults.
Reading this in the midst of the coronavirus outbreak, whilst in lockdown, has been a tremendous help. The ideas were so helpful and I also found the stories about other people not only interesting but helpful too. This book really has helped me try to stay calm during this time of chaos! Thank you Kiran Dintyala. Thank you netgalley.
