After reading, research, I realize the info. in this book is not legal.

It is not legal to obtain a CPN Number. NerdWallet.com calls it a scam here:

If you follow the advise in this book you will likely go to jail. Usually, the CPN numbers used are a dormant or children’s social security number.

I purchased the book because I was curious. I did not know what a CPN Number was. I already paid for a book with directions how to steal someone’s social security number to prevent identity theft from happening to me.

The fact that I was charged for this book means I was already scammed. This book states it is legal to get a CPN. It is neither legal nor is it ethical.
