Enough: The Simple Path to Everything You Want--A Field Guide for Perpetually Exhausted Women Entrepreneurs

Rate this book
Enough is at once a poignant blueprint and balm to the soul for passionate entrepreneurs tired of feeling like they're running the wrong way on a moving walkway.

If you’re an entrepreneur who’s ever caught yourself saying, “I’ll be successful when…” this book is for you. Have you ever felt the grip of entrepreneurial life bringing you down, leaving you feeling stuck, frustrated, and on the verge of giving up? If so, you're exactly where you need to be.

To be clear, this book isn't a magic bullet to incredible success, because such a magic bullet doesn't exist.

But make no mistake, reaching your unique definition of success and fulfillment isn’t about finding that elusive magic bullet, reaching a specific number in your bank account, having a certain number of clients to brag about, or posting photos of oneself leaning against a rented Maserati, claiming you made enough to purchase it after just four days in business.

It’s about discovering and living out your own definition of ENOUGH so you are fulfilled by whoever you are and whatever you have in the now while confidently moving toward your next goal. This honest, practical, entertaining guide to navigating the beautiful (and sometimes murky) world of entrepreneurship helps ★ Identify what your own enough truly looks like (and discover how to confidently own it)

★ Go from needing constant certainty and validation in your business to being comfortable taking risks and trusting in your ability to make the right decisions for you ★ Remove the self-imposed pressure of how things “should” be and instead unlock consistent confidence and peace, knowing that everything is unfolding in your favor

★ Finally call a truce with your inner critic so you can fully accept your unique story, approach, and potential to impact others ★ Uncover what deeply fulfilled top industry brands know about how to use their time and energy in order to consistently grow without burning out every 6.7 seconds Once you understand and embody your own ENOUGH in a way that makes you feel like you’re finally home—not in your city or your house but in your soul —you’ll reach the success and fulfillment you’ve been craving all along.

By the last page of this book, that’s exactly where you’ll be.

EDITORIAL REVIEWS "I read A LOT of books in this genre. Most are the same stuff said in a different way. This book was a very different read. After reading this book. Thank you, Elizabeth, for your brilliant insight and witty humor. You have a new fan." -M. Shannon Hernandez, Joyful Marketing expert sought out by thought leaders worldwide

Elizabeth Lyons is many things: mom, friend, writing and publishing coach, lunch maker, chauffeur, hostage negotiator, author, on-call plumber, tile layer, guitar student, window washer, designer, and on and on.

She demands the right to do things her way -- a way that often defies even the most creative imaginations--and she strives to inspire others to do things THEIR way (once they figure out what their way is!).

Elizabeth lives in Arizona with her five kids, crazy dog, four barely surviving organic gardens and whatever (or whomever) has taken up residence with them since her latest manuscript went to print.

The rating is just enough! At times I had enough of it, too much repetition, and at times I didn’t find it enough enriching where it left me with incomplete story.
It’s ok, it’s just enough for you to read and enjoy parts of it.
