Local librarian here, highly recommending this book for young adults getting ready for the next phase, specifically focusing on college. Very straight forward, informative and useful, with some humorous bits as well, Ms. Austin delivers a win for parents and students alike as she helps navigate through such topics as deciding if college is right for you, how to choose a good fit if it is, choosing on classes and major(s), financial considerations and helpful study habits and tips, among many other things.

You won't find a more comprehensive guide to college! Ms. Austin covers every possible topic you can imagine - with heart and with expertise. I wish this had been around before my college experience. It would have saved me much aggravation and money.
