This is a great book for anybody thinking about a career in real estate. It was targeted mostly for people that were still in undergrad and in an MBA program.
The best part of the book really is the Q&A with some of the top real estate people in the industry. The conversations are good and some are insightful. The book also gives some great career pointers to help anybody think through and strategically position themselves for better opportunites down the road.
This book was really review for me. I learned a little, but was happy to learn that a lot of their 'tips' I had already done. But I do agree that their tips are great advice.
