Betrayal –Book five in the ALIEN ROADKILL series. After JB uncovers the true nature of Har-Kankar's mission on Earth, he continues his seemingly hopeless quest to stop them. But before he can do that, he has to cope with his rewired brain, and survive the renewed alien attempts on his life. As the FBI closes in, he discovers the off-worlders are staging their first attack on the small, rural community of Muntburg. To save them all, JB must use every advantage his Sawbonites, the tiny, autonomous alien tech in his body, can provide. Now, more than ever before, the future of Earth–and mankind–will depend on what he does next.

About the author

Steve A. Zuckerman

Steve Zuckerman has spent a lifetime telling stories, first through music and now through fiction. He began his professional career at nineteen, composing music for animated segments on *Sesame Street*. Over the years, he scored films ranging from the beloved *Winnie the Pooh and a Day for Eeyore* to the wonderfully campy creature feature *Spawn of the Slithis*, while building a long career as a composer, orchestrator, and creative storyteller.

Today, Steve writes mysteries, thrillers, fantasy, and science fiction. His work includes the supernatural *Djinn and Tonnick Mysteries*, the small-town *Kara Ellison Mysteries*, and the quirky *Alien Roadkill* series. Across genres, his stories blend suspense, humor, memorable characters, and the occasional brush with the impossible.

When he's not writing, Steve can usually be found exploring new story ideas, tinkering in the studio, or wondering how his characters managed to get themselves into so much trouble.

Another Great Read

Love the story just sad that it’s finished, I can’t get enough, I need more! This could turn into an awesome TV series! Too short for movies but just right for TV or even Netflix!!!

JB continues to survive attacks on him but the aliens are getting better at disguising themselves.

JB loses several close friends and lets the FBI agents know some of what is going on .

Lots of action and it's off to Charlotte for the grand conclusion.

Great read and series
