A great textbook that teaches a lot of important concepts on Motor Learning.

Learned about the classification of motor skills, measurement of motor performance, neuromotor basis of motor control, motor control theories, sensor components of motor control, motor learning, transfer and specificity of learning, augmented feedback, practice variability and specificity, practice amount and distribution, whole and part practice, and mental practice.
