Maite Roche doesn't disappoint! This is basically an expanded version of The Bible for Little Ones, and it's totally worth it. Beautiful, sweet illustrations with a lot of extra details (like the dove on every page) and simple, but not childish, text.

This may be my favorite Bible for young children (I’d say ages 3, maybe 2-5) yet, and we’ve read a lot. I think these are my favorite illustrations I’ve ever seen in a children’s Bible. The text is accurate yet concise. The illustrations are gorgeous. I think it gives a great big picture view of the Bible but also includes a good number of stories. I like that it goes a little bit into the early church instead of ending with the resurrection as many children’s Bibles do.

Very well done and gorgeously illustrated. So many of the Bible-inspired products for kids are goofy or saccharine or have low production value, none of which suit my taste. This is appropriate for younger children without talking down to them, or trying to be silly, or making your eyes ache with the bad art.

Beautifully illustrated. Both my 4 year old and my 7 year old were captivated. I'm sure it will be read again and again.
