This is the story of The Little Mermaid, a fair tale story, but it also is written in Russian, along with English. This book would be perfect for English language learners. The learners can read the story in English, and they are able to check themselves by being able to read the story in Russian as well. This is a book that would be focused more on the actual words than the plot of the story itself. Because the book is meant for students learning English, the words are simple and the writing is simple.
