Salvatore Tocci taught chemistry and biology at East Hampton High School on Long Island, New York, for many years. While he was a teacher, he organized many science fairs at his school. He continues to judge local, regional, and national contests. He has also given workshops for science teachers at meetings held throughout the United States.
