TRULY AWFUL

I am so glad I have never had to work with anyone like this. His medical and anatomical knowledge are lacking.
His “stories” are just that. He has a Hero Complex, he is derogatory about women, including Nurses. He is tacky.
The “stories” are boring and do not read as factual.
I think he is a Creepy little man that I would not like to meet anywhere, let alone in the back of an Ambulance.

I love love love medical stories. This one was pretty good, I wavered between 3 and 4 stars. Did I mention I love medical stories, so I’ll give this 4 stars. 😀

Easy flowing, diary type book. It had truth, humor and introspection. Bless them all.

I will say one thing positive about the book. It is a good book to take to the gym if you are working out on a treadmill since the chapters are VERY short. You can read 10 chapters or more doing a 30 minute workout. That being said, it's not one of the better books on emergency medicines. Also, the read became kind of tiresome near the end since the book appeared to go on longer than necessary.

Good book, well written

Lots of good stories, many of which I had never
heard before. Author is also a good writer. Makes me want to become a paramedic!

excellent, from the heart. The public really doesn't get how hard and completely tiring this work is. It's hard to keep caring but he did.
