This book is a good choice for a rainy day read or a pick me up when a young child is in low spirits. Older children could easily share with younger siblings.

The book tells the story in the first person, pretending to be in need of cheering up. It asks for things like a tickle, wiggling fingers and toes, making fish lips, telling jokes, and roaring like a dinosaur. Before long, readers will be laughing and passing the humor along to others.

This tale might be used by teachers in a classroom setting, parents seeking to lift a child's spirits or as a bedtime story. Recommended for preschoolers and early elementary school children.

This book is a great tool to jolly a kid out of a bad mood and talk through emotions.

It's simple but easy to follow and will work well whether on print or digital.
