The book is all about various food items and their effects on us, perhaps in more english terms rather than purely scientific ones. Content is good and will give you idea about all there is to eat - but - content is not at all structured, full of grammatical and spelling mistakes. I can't accept that a book got published with so many errors and mistakes.

Please find some other book to read if you want to know of food, I'm sure there'd be many.
