Also in Spanish. If you are looking for a basic Grief 101 book, this new, expanded 83-page guide is for you. On each even-numbered page is a description of one of 34 grief reactions, such denial, shock, guilt, anger, physical problems, society's reactions, worry, sex, and grief in the long term. On each facing page is a list of numerous suggestions for coping with that reaction. This book is especially helpful to the bereaved person who desires grief information without a great deal of reading. Many readers order additional copies to give away. This book was written with input from 40 bereaved parents, siblings, widowed people, and those who lost a parent.

A rather sterile, bullet list of suggestions (none of which are particularly helpful but also none of which are overly emotionally-imbued or pushed (appreciated)). A few helpful tips, worth the read?
A lot of helpful information on how a persons emotions can be affected during and after a loss and hints on good ways to work through these emotions. A very helpful book for the newly bereaved.
