Hey, Benjamin Harrison tried to establish a law enforcing a right to vote for all people. So, that's pretty ahead of his time, by like 80 years.

This Encyclopedia of Presidents series is perfect for junior and high school age students learning U.S. History or needing a resource for a biography report. Each book has extensive background material presented in chronological chapter order of the president’s early childhood, adulthood, time in office, life after presidency until their death. Descriptive timelines, political comics, and nice photographs breakup the text adding both interest and comprehensibility.

This volume in particular was done exceptionally well. The few other books I was able to find on Benjamin Harrison for similar age groups were overly political and told little of who Harrison was as man. This one covered politics in a way that made sense and was interesting for its target audience and clearly showed what kind of man Harrison was fearless, just and someone who wore his emotions on his sleeve.
