And then there’s this, “Koi suru intelligence” by Tange Michi. It’s a bit difficult to get at the moment because it keeps going out of print, because it seems to be crazy popular. And while I did get a copy, something fell on it on its trip from Japan, so it’s a bit damaged.
It’s a good manga, though - the best thing about it is the art and the incredibly hot men. The content had me go, “it’s like an adult version of G Defend” at several points - most of the stories are set in an intelligence agency with a very weird educational programme where they’re trained to have sex in order to get information from people, but in reality it’s just an excuse to have sex with each other. Well, you know.
I think my expectations were a bit too high - and I thought it was going to be one long story rather than three stories about three couples, and I don’t think all of them are connected. And they were a bit too conventional for me to be really impressed with them, but I loved the couple with the really bossy uke.
For a first manga it’s really great work, though, and the art really is gorgeous. So I’ll definitely keep an eye on Tange Michi.
