If this had been a series of lectures at the library, I would have been all-in. But as a book, there was too much filler. Also, the errors, typos, and formatting inconsistencies were out of control. I couldn’t believe the author didn’t catch them initially because most are very blatant. But since the books have been out since 2018/2019, looking back over them for errors periodically would be a quick fix to really elevate his reputation. Especially considering he sells his own books and markets himself as an editor for other writers… I started keeping a list of errors and issues in the first book but had to stop because it became too much.
This really helped me to flesh out my characters and change them from two to three-dimensional characters. So many helpful listings of positive and negative qualities, skills, characteristics, etc. Would definitely recommend!
