Comparison of Quikscat and Gps-Derived Ocean Surface Winds

The Colorado Center for Astrodynamics has completed a study comparing ocean surface winds derived from GPS bistatic measurements with QuikSCAT wind fields. We have also compiled an extensive database of the bistatic GPS flight data collected by NASA Langley Research Center over the last several years.
