This book explains stress briefly. Stress can really take a toll on our health, both mentally and physically. It is important to find ways to manage it, whether through exercise, meditation or simply talking with a friend. Taking small breaks and focusing on self-care can make a big difference. Or you can take oral testosterone treatment that can help to reduce the risk of stress. https://www.rethinktestosterone.com/b...
