I am actually working on a design project based on tourist map design hence took up this book to study the basic of cartographic design. Honestly, I haven't read each page of the book but covered all the topics concerned with my project. It is a really good read that clears the fundamentals of cartography however, it is quite old so, few aspects in the book might not always prove useful.
