Sweet story about Ellie the elephant making new friends at school

This is a great book for children who are going to a new school whether it’s preschool or regular school. I think this book will help a child who may be fearing the change of going to a new school. Ellie is happy about going to school and singing a song as she goes with her mom to school. A few little embarrassing events happen that could happen to anyone! Ellie has a nice teacher who pays attention to her. This is very reassuring. Eventually Ellie is successful with making friends with her classmates and has fun at school. This book ends on a happy note! Ellie is in bed sleeping and thinking about going back to school tomorrow... Lovely illustrations and a storyline that would be easy for any young child to understand.

Excellent Book

It’s fun, and this makes a good bed time story, and teaches lessons in diversity at school. The rhymes were spot on, and the illustrations were great.

Ellie the Elephant new friends at school are:
Garry Giraffe tall/nimble, enjoys sports, fancy clothes.
Anna Panda is shy, kind, & polite. She reads books & plays with her girlfriends.
Perry Puppy laughs a lot, plays basketball, but doesn’t understand other’s feelings.
Snookums Bunny is very smart! He loves math & playing with his friends after classes.
Pablo Pig likes to play with balls.

What did Ellie Elephant tell the class about herself?

I did not receive any type of compensation for reading & reviewing this book. While I receive free books from publishers & authors, I am under no obligation to write a positive review. Only an honest one.

A very awesome book cover, great colored pictures & proper font & writing style. A very well written children’s educational adventure story book. It was very easy for me to read/follow from start/finish & never a dull moment. There were no grammar/typo errors, nor any repetitive or out of line sequence sentences. Lots of exciting scenarios, with several twists/turns & a great set of unique characters to keep track of. This could also make another great children’s educational adventure movie, an animated cartoon, classroom PP presentation, or better yet a mini TV series. There is no doubt in my mind this is a very easy rating of 5 stars.

Be Brave and Smile

Here is another cute well written Agnes Green winner of a book that I highly recommend. The illustrations are memory inducing and the story is one the kids can relate to.
Ella woke up all excited for the first day of school. She would make new friends. She would also learn a lot of new things. She stared singing she was so happy. Until she got closer to school. She got a little nervous. The she decided to be brave even if she didn't feel like it. Did she go in? Did she make new friends and learn new things? You get to read/listen to find out. Yipee!!
