Three little words. A cowboy on a motorcycle. And rescue horse. Can Jenny make things right? It's her ex-boyfriend's fault—not hers—Cade ended up in the hospital. His motorcycle is in more pieces than a jigsaw puzzle, and Jenny refuses to leave the handsome cowboy stranded in a strange town. Cade left the rodeo, hoping to put his past behind him and find a place to settle down. He lost his faith and trust in women a long time ago. Staying at Silver Wind to help train the rescue horses gives him a new purpose. While Jenny tries to get him on his feet again to move on, he becomes more attached to the horse rescue and its manager. The more Jenny tries to control things; the more her life feels like it is falling apart. One poor decision leads to another and could put her in danger. But is Jenney too stubborn to admit when she's wrong? Will it take more than three little words and a rescue horse for Jenny to make things right before she pushes Cade to far out of reach?

I did not have the privilege of reading the first book in the series, but I certainly do not plan to miss the next one. The story did a good job of standing alone, but I would like to read more about the Silver Wind Rescue family. Other reviewers have commented on the grammatical errors and the plot, so I will focus more on other content. The story was so captivating that I barely noticed the errors.

I mostly enjoy a story that has strong spiritual application. This one had to do with forgiveness, God's plans for us, and trusting others. I received an ARC copy of this book from the author and promised to write an honest review.

I had an Advance Readers Copy of this book, but this is my voluntary and honest opinion. Susan Lower has written an interesting book about an equine rescue facility and the folks who run it. When Jenny finds out her boyfriend is married, she breaks up with him and then her run away trailer which came unhitched causes an accident which hurts Cade and destroys his motorcycle. She decides to help him and he is hired to work with the horses at the equine facility. The plot addresses trust issues and how they work through them. I would recommend reading this book.

Jenny and Cade's Story . . .

Jenny Anderson found out that her boyfriend is married! Upset, she breaks up with him and is distracted. She cannot ever trust another man. Her trailer comes unhitched and causes an accident, injuring Cade Sheridan and completely ruining his motorcycle. It just so happens that she needs someone to help at the Silver Wind Equine Rescue and offers him a job when he is recovered. The longer he is there, the more it feels like home, and he also has feelings for Jenny. Will Jenny begin to trust him? Could she ever have a future with him?

Jenny had just had her heart broken by the man she loved, when he told her that he was married. She didn't feel like she would ever trust another man. Then Cade came to the horse rescue after an accident nearly cost him his life. Jenny had caused the accident and felt responsible for him, since it appeared he didn't have any family. I thoroughly enjoyed this book.

I received an ARC, and this is my honest opinion.

Unlikeable main ccharacter

I couldn't even finish the book. Jenny's a sanctimonious, judgemental, rude, controlling, preachy and proud individual (and I'm a Christian). She is unlikable to the point that Cade would not be attracted to her personality. Her friends know her more and love her as she is - but with the way her character is written no new man, or woman in their right mind would want to spend time with her.

This book is better than the first in series. More drama. Less preachy.
It’s strongly moral. Cade is a most interesting new character around the rescue. He falls for Jenny (idk why, she’s very judgmental and rude).
Josh descends into a bad way throughout this book. The next one will be his story.
Sarah and Michael are expecting a baby which takes her away from the rescue as her time advances.

This story is book 2 in a trilogy. It can be read stand alone, but I am so glad to have found this author through the first book in this series. Once again, the story is well written with characters well described that you can picture them! If you love horses, romance and a bit of suspense, then this book/trilogy is for you!

God works in mysterious ways, but Jenny and Cade’s relationship did not start out very auspiciously and got worse from there…You know,… like when you want to grab the main characters and say, ”What were you thinking!”…or maybe you don’t. You’ll have to read it to find out.

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

The second book in the Silver Wind Equine Romance series a well written story that held my interest until the end. Cade Sheridan’s, Jenny Anderson's story what a way for those two to meet. The story was well worth reading. I received a copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

I really enjoyed the first book in the series, and I enjoyed this one every bit as much. Unbridled can be read as a standalone, but I do recommend reading Forgotten Reins, the first book in the series, to learn more about the characters. It was very enjoyable revisiting the Silver Wind Equine Rescue ranch and following Jenny and Cade's story in this book. I definitely was pulled into this book from the first pages and read it in one setting because I didn't want to put it down. Once again, the author's knowledge of running a ranch and caring for horses is reflected in the book. I was given a copy of this book in return for an honest review, and I loved it. I definitely will be looking forward to the third book in the trilogy and the chance to revisit the Silver wind Equine Rescue ranch.

Who knew that Cade's accident was part of God's plan for his life? Jenny was mad and didn't check the trailer hitch when she roared out of Silver Wind Clinic and horse rescue. The hitch wasn't secured properly and hit Cade. An active man hates to be unable to move and work. Then Jenny's twin brother, Josh, is another story of a bad boy that had gone wrong in many choices. This is a great story about redemption and forgiveness.

I was given this book for an advanced review.
