《尉缭子》是中国古代著名兵书《武经七书》之一，历有著录，但篇数不等，有《续古逸丛书》影宋本及明、清刊本等存世，全书计5卷，24篇，9000余字。另唐魏征《群书治要》辑存4篇；1972年，银雀山汉初墓出土残简6篇，与其他版本相应之篇大同小异。《隋书·经籍志》注称《尉缭子》，作者为尉缭，梁惠王时人，有疑为秦王政时尉缭所作，也有疑为后人伪托。据现有资料推断，成书似在战国中期。
