Lillian Baker was a controversial conservative author and lecturer, known for her support of Japanese-American Internment. She maintained that Japanese Americans were not incarcerated in concentration camps during World War II. Up until her death, she continued to oppose reparations for interned Japanese Americans and campaigned against the designation of the concentration camp Manzanar as a national historic site.
Baker was a founder of the revisionist history group Americans for Historical Accuracy. She wrote several books on the topic of Japanese-American internment.
Baker also founded the International Club for the Collection of Hatpins and Hatpin Holders.
