The Public Law Project, in collaboration with Maurice Sunkin of the University of Essex, launched a major empirical study of access to, and the use of, judicial review. This second revised and expanded edition of Judicial Review in Perspective up dates the original report and presents the results of further analysis of the original data. Since publication of the original study, the Law Commission has issued its final report and recommendations. The authors comment on some of the Law Commissions proposals in the light of their findings.
